Appendix B, Environmental Technical Specifications, Section 4.1.2.a(2),
requires a report if " projected fish kill on the intake screens exceeds 3000 pounds per day." Fish impinged on the intake screens between 8:00 Fish killed on the a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on 2/12/75 totaled 3995 pounds.
