Before The UNITED STATES ATOMIC ENERGY COMMISSION Docket No. 50-In the Matter of Arkansas Power G Light Company ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF SERVICE OF APPLICATION I, Wayne Nordin, the duly elected, qualified and acting County Judge of Pope County, Arkansas, and, by virtue of that office, the Chief Executive Officer of Pope County, Arkansas, do hereby acknowledge that Arkansas Power 6 Light Company has served upon me by personal delivery to me, a copy of its Application to the United States Atomic Energy Commission dated November 24, 1967, for licenses to construct and operate a nuclear electric generating unit in Pope County, Arkansas, including the exhib.ts to said Application and the Preliminary Safety Analysis Report appended to the Application.
