Gentlemen:
As requested by your letter of September 19, 1977, please find attached a copy of the proposed change of Arkansas Nuclear One - Unit 1 Technical Specifications concerning the Annual Operating Report.
Two items concerning the proposed Technical Specifications change request should be noted:
(1)
Page 77 - the proposed change regarding the reporting requirements of inspections should be added since this requirement was deleted from the Annual Operating Report in a Technical Specifications change request transmittal to the NRC by a letter dated October 19, 1977.
(2)
Pages 110d and 110m - the proposed changes which were not previously requested are hereby included as a result of the proposed change to delete the requirement of the Annual Operating Report.
Other items included in your letter will be initiated on January 1,1978 to include: modification of the content of the Monthly Operating Report; and to provide a narrative of operating experience for the year 1977 by March 1, 1978.
