DOCKET NO. 50-313 ORDER EXTENDING CONSTRUCTION PERMIT COMPLETION DATE By' application dated June 1, 1972, Arkansas Power and Light Company requested an extcasion of the latest completion date specified' in Construction Permit No. CPPR-57. The permit authorizes the construction of a pressurized water nuclear reactor desigated as the Arkansas Nuclear One, Unit 1, at the applicant's site on a peninsula in Dardanelle Reservior on the Arkansas River in Pope County, Arkansas.
Good cause having been shown for this extension pursuant to Section 185 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended, and Section 50.55(b) of 10 CFR Part 50 of the Commission's regulations, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT the latest completion date specified in Construction Permit No. CPPR-57 is extended from July 1, 1972 to July 1, 1973.
