Analysis of Occurrence:
Loss of fluid in a reservoir does not make a suppressor inoperable but air 4
in the suppressor will reduce its effectiveness. There has been no evidence of abnormal pipe movement, thus no hazard to the health and safety of the public.

9 The leaks will be repaired and, if necessary, the reservoir gaskets and "O" rings will be replaced. Suppressors will be inspected again at the g

I Suppressors are manufactured by IIT Grinnell (Fig. No. 200). There has been one other occurrence of this type reported in ROR No. 50-313/76-5.
