Gentiemen:
Your letter of September 13, 1976, requested that we propose changes to our Technical Specifications concerning surveillance testing requirements on the reactor core internal vent valves at least 90 days prior to our next refueling outage. Our ne. *: refueling outage is scheduled to begin in mid-January and continue for pproximately six weeks.
At this time we wish to inform you that we will submit the proposed changes con rning vent valves in conjunction with the Technical Speci-fication c ge proposals required for fuel loading to begin Cycle 2 operation That change request will be submitted at least 90 days prior to the post-refueling outage startup.
