Gentlemen: We approve the tour of NRC and Los Alamos Scientific Laboratory personnel on Wednesday, December 7,1977, as requested in reference 1. We understand that the LASL report will not include any specific mention or evaluation of Arkansas Nuclear One and should the report become unclassified, we have the right to review the report before it is released. We will provide personnel at ANO for escort and to answer your questions. Unit 2 will be available for your complete review; however, Unit 1 may be in start-up at this time and current operating conditions will dictate the extent of access to this unit.
