y ESTABLISHMENT OF ATOMIC SAFETY AND LICENSING BOARD TO PRESIDE IN PROCEEDING Pursuant to delegation by the Commission dated December 29, 1972, published in the Federal Register (37 F.R. 28710) and Sections 2.105, 2.700, 2.702, 2.714, 2.714a, 2.717 and 2.721 of the Commission's Regulations, all as amended, an Atomic Safety.

and Licensing Board is being established in the following pro-ceeding to rule on petitions for leave to intervene and/or requests for hearing and to preside over the proceeding in the event that a hearing is ordered.

SACRAMENTO MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT (Rancho Seco Nuclear Generating Station)

Facility Operating License No. DPR-54 This action is in reference to an Order published by the Com-mission on May 11, 1979, in the Federal Register (44 F.R. 27779-80) directing that the Rancho Seco facility, then in a shutdown' condi-tion, should remain shut down until certain actions specified in the Order were satisfactorily completed, and to the subsequent Order of the Commission issued on June 21, 1979, directing the establishment of an Atomic Safety and Licensing Board to preside in this proceeding.
