Morris Howard, Director, Office of Inspection and Enforcement, Region IV of environmental occur-s rences at Arkansas Nuclear One-Unit 1 involving the increase of chloride concentrations across the plant in excess of Environmental Technical il Specification limits.

Attached find our reports in accordance with Environmental Technical Specification 5.6.2.
