Description of Occurrenec:
Sampics were taken from the intake and discharge canals and Point J20 on

Monday, 8-4-75.
Lab analysis ' indicated the following parameters in excess of ETS limits.

ANALYSIS OF 0CCURRENCE:
The neutralizing tank, whicit centains impurities remaining after regenerating the' condensate demineralizers and plant make-up water domineralizers, was being dumped into the discharge flume when samples were taken.
