Dear Mr. Howard:
On September 6,1977, we reported to you a finding concerning the inadequacy of aergency ventilation in the North and South Electrical Equipment Rooms and North cid South Battery and Charger Rooms.
Also mentioned in that initial notification were the " Red" and " Green" Switchgear Rooms which was in error and is herewith deleted from that ' listing of rooms found to have inadequate qualified ventilation.
Pursuant to Technical Specification 6.12.3.1, attached please find the subject report.
