On February 19 and February 20, 1975, we reported to Mr. Norman C. Moseley, Director, Office of Inspection and Enforcement, Region II, environmental occurrences at Arkansas Nuclear One-Unit 1 involving impingement on the intake screens in excess of Environmental Technical Specification reporting requirements.
