-UNITED STATES NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION DOCKET NO. 50-312 SACRAMENTO MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT NOTICE OF ISSUANCE OF AMENDMENT 0 FACILITY OPERATIriG LICEf45E The U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (the Commission) has issued
- Amendment No.-24 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-54 issued to Sacramento Municipal Utility District, which revised Technical Specifica-tions for operation of the Rancho Seco Nuclear Generating Station, located in' Sacramento County, California.
The amendment is effective as of its date of. issuance.
This amendment revises the administrative controls portion of the Technical Specifications to reflect a revised plant organization structure and clarify the review requirements for changes to the Security and Emergency Plans and their implementing procedures.
-The application for the amendment complies with the standards and requirements of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amendt ' (theAct),and the Commission's rules and regulations.
The Commission has made appropriate findings as. required by the Act and the Commission's rules and regulations in 10 CFR Chapter I, which are~ set forth in the license amendment.
Prior-public notice,of this' amendment was not required since the amendment does
. not involve:a significant-huards consideration.
ThelCommission has determined-that the issuance of this amendment-wilitnot' result in any significant environmental impact and that pursuant

- connection with' issuance of this amendment.
