for= operation of the Rancho Seco Nuclear Generating Station (the facility) located 'in Sacramento County, California. The amendment is effective as of its date of issuance..
. The amendment deletes reference to respiratory protection equipment since this item is now covered by 10.CFR 20.103 of Part 20 of the Co mission's regulations.
The_ amendment complies with the standards and requirements of the Atomic
-Energy.Act of 1954i as amended (the Act), and.the Commission's rules and regula-tions. - Th'e Comission has made appropriate. findings as required by the Act and the Commission's ~ rules and regulations in 10 CFR Chapter I, which are. set forthin_theilicense; amendment.
