On October 19-22, members of the NRC staff met with SMUD representatives at the Rancho Seco Plant site. The purpose of the meeting was to enable NRC staff reviewers to attain physical familiarity with Rancho Seco plant features pertinent to fire protection. This knowledge was to be applied during the visit and subsequently to the review of the SNUD fire protection submittal dated August 31,~ 1976.
