SACRAMENTO MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT ~ m NOTICE 0F ISSUANCE OF AMENDMENT TO FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE ~Z.? 4 ~ = The U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (the Conr:ission) has issued Amendment No. 22 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-54 -issued to Sacramento l Municipal ~ Utility District, which revised Technical-Specifications.for operation of the Rancho Seco Nuclear -Generating Station, located in Sacramento County, California. The amendment is effective as of its date of issuance. The amendment'to the Technical Specifications revises the pressure-temperature l. imitations applicable to the reactor coolant system to cover operation up to five effective full povier years. The application for the amendment _ complies with the standards and requirements ~ of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended (the Act),.and the Commission's rules and regulations. The Connission has made appropriate findings as required by the Act and the Cormission's . rules and regulations in 10 CFR Chapter I', which are set forth in the license amendment. -Prior public notice of this amendment was not required since the amendment does not-involve a significant hazards consideration.- A A g 4/g (,3-V ^~ 1 9 4
