Rancho Seco Nuclear Generating Station Unit 1 Extension of Time to Formulate Response to July 12-15, 1976 Regulatory Inspection Per our t'elephone discussion of August 5, 1976 re-garding your inspection report of an inspection conducted on July 12-15, 1976, we would like to request a time extension for our written statement of explanation.
The complexity and magnitude of our response precludes adequately answering the contentions within twenty days. We therefore request an ad-ditional ten days to properly formulate our response.
