Dear Sir:
On March 14, 1978, the Sacramento Municipal Utility District submitted its report of plant operations for the year 1977, in accordance with Tech-nical Specifications Section 6.9.5.A.
The report as issued, inadvertantly did not include the results of the Steam Generator Tube Inservice Inspectica completed during that time period.
In accordance with Technical Specifications Section 4.17.5b, the Sacra-mento Municipal Utility District hereby submits the attached supplement to the Plant. Operations Report - 1977.
