We have been inforned by our Washington attorney, Mr. T.V.A.
Dillon, that you have been named-as Project Leader on SMUD's application for a construction permit.
Mr. Dillon said you asked us to name the person with whom you should make contact whenever you have questions or problems relating to our application.
