20545 Rancho Seco Nuclear Generating Station, Unit No.1 AEC Docket No. 50-312 - Revised Construction Schedule
Dear Dr. Morris:
In response to your letter of March 17, 1972 the District here-by advises you of the revised schedule for completion of construction and fuel loading.
A detailed review of construction and start-up requirements result in a change in the date for completion of construction and commence-ment of fuel loading to April 30, 1973.
It is our understanding that the tentative licensing schedule established by the DRL did not allow time for contested hearings. We have recently learned that a group of people opposed to nuclear plants intend to attempt to intervene. We therefore respectfully request that a licensing schedule be developed that will allow for the possibility of such inter-vention.
