On September 22, 1976, Sacramento Municipal Utility District submitted ~to you' Proposed Amendment No. 38, Revision 1.
The submittal of September 22 had attached the Proposed Amendment prior to the on-site Plant Review Committee and Management Safety Review Committec
. comments and is in error.
The attached Proposed Amendment No. 38, Revision 2, is complete and has incorporated all the comments and corrections from the review process.
Previously,'on November 26, 1975, the Sacramento Municipal Utility District requested an amendment to Section 4.14 of our Tech-nical Specifications.
Subsequent discussions % tween Dr. V. Rooney of NRC and Mr. R. Colombo and Mr. R. Lawrence of SMUD have revised our original response for agreement with the Standard Technical Specifications'model.
The enclosed Technical Specifications should complete the original request of Robert Purple's letter dated July 1, 1975, and your letter _ dated December 19, 1975 23F m
