- 1978, we are enclosing our check in the amount of $4,000 in payment of the fee required for the application for amendment to facility license No. DPR-54 which we filed with the Division of Operating Reactors and which is identified as Proposed Amendment No. 56 for Rancho Seco Nuclear Generating Station Unit No.
1.
The enclosed license fee is paid under protest since a lawsuit is on file in the United States Court of Appeal for the 5th Circuit (Mississioni Power &
Light Co.,
et al. vs. United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission, et al.
Civ. No. 78-1565) to obtain review of_the validity of those rules.
