The attached report by our field inspector of a visit to the subject
facility on February 20, 25-27, 1975 is forwarded for information.
We consider the licensee's corrective action in response to the
enforcement items described in IE Inspection Report No. 50-312/74-12
to be effectively implemented.
Increased management attention to the
inspection aspects of the QA program and recent training sessions
conducted by the QA organization have aided in explaining the reasons
for and methods by which inspection requirements of 10 CFR 50,

Appendix B, and the SMUD.QA program are to be implemented.
