' Sacramento Municipal. Utility District is 'the holder of. Provisional Construction Permit No. CPPR-56 issued by the Commission on Octob'er 11, 1968, for construction of Rancho Seco Nuclear Generating Station, Unit No. 1 presently under construction at the Company's site in Southeast Sacramento County, 25 miles SE of Sacramento, California.
On October 8,1973, the company filed a request for an extension of the completion date because construction has been delayed due to:
(1) construction schedule, (ii) labor production, (iii) design codifications, and (iv) late delivery of equipment. This action involves no significant hazards consideration; good cause has been shown for the delay; and the requested extension is for a reasonable period.
The bases for this
. determination are set forth in a staff evaluation dated December 14, 1973.
g IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT the latest completion date for CPPR-56 is extendet from December 31, 1973 to September 30, 1974, with the earliest completion date being June 1,.1974.
