The attached report by our field inspector of a visit to the subject
facility on June 16-19, 1975 is forwarded for information.
This inspection did not disclose any items of nonccmpliance; however, the
enforcement letter to the licensee contains an item of understanding with
respect to an upgrade in the procedures. The inspection included a con-
firmation of the corrective actions described in the reports of the four
unusual events that have occurred during the first five months of 1975.
