O UNITED STATES ATCMIC ENERGY COMMISSION DOCERT NO. 50-312 SACRAMI5fTO MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT NOTICE OF ISSUANCE OF PROVISIONAL CONSTRUCTION PERNIT Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Initisi Decision of the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board, dated October 10, 1968, the Director of the Division of Reactor Licensing has issued Provisional Construction Permit No. CPPR-56 to Sacramento h aicipal Utility District for the construction of a pressurized water nuclear reactor, designated as the Rancho Seco Nuclear Generating Station Unit No. 1 to be located on the licensee's site in Southeast Sacramento County, California.
A copy of the Initial Decisien is on file in the Coussission's Public Document Room,1717 H Street, N.W., Washington, D. C.
