I graduated frcm the University of Oklahoma, !!orman, Oklahoma in 12 1950 with a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering degree.

I alno hold 13 a Master of Chemical Engineering degree f rom that University ich 14 was awarded in 1951.

Following graduation, I was employed by che General Electric Ccmpany 16 at the Atomic Energy Commission's Hanford Operations in Richiind, 17 Uashlagton.

I advanced through a number of positions in Reactor 18 Operations, the last being as an Arca Supervisor.

In 1957, I accepted a position with the Babcock & Wilcox Company.

20 My first assignment was supervisor of the Four-inch Prototype Loop 21 at Brookhaven National Laboratory, Upton, Long Island, I!ew York.

22 This operation was one phase of the Company's Liquid Metal Fucled 23 Reactor project.

served in a variety of capacitics, including operations Supervisor during the startup phase, and as Manager of Engincering on the 5

Savannah Technical Staff at the Calveston, Te2.m shore installation.

6 During this pesiod I passed the required AEC e::aninations and was 7

qualified as a Reactor Operator for the N.S. Savannah.

From 1966 to the present, I have been assigned to the Project Manage-11 ment Section in the Company's Lynchburg, Virginia offices.
