APPLICANTS' ANSWER TO CITY OF CLEVELAND'S NOTICE OF APPEAL AND EXCEPTIONS On July 28, 1975, the-City of Cleveland (" City")
filed with the Appeal Board a Notice of Appeal and Exceptions for the purpose of appealing from the Report of Special Master of June 19, 1975;.the Special Master's Order on Reconsideration (Tr. 81-86, June 30, 1975); and the Licensing Board's ruling of July 21, 1975, which denied the City's motionLto certify the Special Master's decision to the Appeal Board.
The City is. attempting to undertake an appeal which is.specificallyfprohibited by the Commission's Rules.of Practice.
Section 2.730(f) states that "[n]o interlocutory appeal.may.be taken * *
