ORDER On October 11, 1974, this Board issued an " Order on Objections to Interrogatories and Document Requests" ruling on the objections of the parties with respect to discovery.
On October 21, 1974, the City of Cleveland filed a pleading entitled, " Objections of the City of Cleveland to Board's Order on Objections to Interrogatories and Document Requests".
While the City therein makes no specific request for relief, the Board will consider this pleading as a motion for reconsideration of the Board's October 11 Order.
In essence, the pleading is merely a restatement of the City's objections to the Applicant's discovery requests which objections by the City had been previously submitted to the Board and fully argued at the Special Prehearing Conference 800239y g g g
m
- on September 16, 1974.
The Board finds no reason to modify or otherwise reconsider its October 11, 1974 Order, except insofar as paragraph 51 of said October 11 Order is now moot in view of a modification suggested by the City and accepted by CEI as reflected on pages 4 and 5 of " Applicant's Response to the City of Cleveland's Objections to the order cf the Licensing Board Dated October 11, 1974" dated October 23, 1974.
Motions for extension of time have been received from AMP-0, and from the Applicants (joined by the City of Cleveland, with no objection from the Department of Justice i
or the Regulatory Staff).
Board considers that both motions are based on sufficient good cau'se and'hereby modifies the schedule in this proceeding as follows:
l November 30, 1974 Completion of all documentary discovery and responses to interrogatories i
December 1, 1974 Depositions begin January 15, 1975 Completion of all pretrial discovery February 8, 1975 Statements on ultimate issues to he heard
. February 19, 1975 Responses to Statements on ultimate-issues February 21, 1975 Prehearing Conference No. 3 March 21,'1975 Written Testimony (Justice, Staff, Intervenors) i 4
