POWER STATION OPERATOR REGUALIFICATION PROGILOI We have reviewed Revision 10 to the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station FSAR, dated December 6, 1974, and Revision ll, dated February, 1975, in which the revised operator requalification progra;a is described.
Based on our review, we have determined that the progran nests the requirements of Sections 50.34(b)(3) and 50.54(1-1) of 10CFR Part 50 and Appendix A of 10CFR Part 55.
The ' progran adequately describes the following itens.
1.
The lecture series to be adninistered, including subjects and duration.
2.
~'m t ccific manit ulations of controls to anet the requirements of Section 3a of Aenendix A.
3.
The methods to be employed to assure individual review of design, procedure and license changes.
4.
The methods to be employed to assure individual review of abnornal and emergency procedures.
5.
~he specific eva.luation criteria for determining attend.mcc at a specific lecture, required participation in an accelerated raqualification program and other additional traini::g, as applicable.
6.
The records to be maintained to document each individual'n participation in the program.
