JOINT REQUEST TO SET DUE DATE FOR REPLY BRIEFS In its Order dated August 14, 1975, the Atomic Safety and Licensing Appeal Board requested that responding parties to appellant, the City of Cleveland, address in their reply briefs, five (5) issues enumerated by the Appeal Board..That Order did not set a date certain for the filing of said briefs.
Inasmuch as the parties are both (a) preparing for hearing, now scheduled to begin on October 30,1975; (b) preparing ultimate issues to be filed on September 5,1975,Nthe parties hereby request that the Appeal Board establish September 18, 1975 as the filing date for said briefs.
y This date may be cnanged to September 5,1975, pursuant to the Department's " Application for Reconsideration of the Board's Ruling on the Motion of the City of Cleveland to Change Procedural Dates."
