RESPONSE OF NRC STAFF TO APPLICANTS' CORRECTIONS TO MINUTES OF NOVEMBER 5, 1975 CONFERENCE CALL On November 20, 1975 Applicants filed " Applicants' Corrcctions To Minutes 0f Conference Call Held November 5,1975". Of the twenty-two revisions requested by Applicants, Staff does not object to twenty-one

~

such suggestion,s', as the impact of such suggestions primarily relate

.a not to substance but merely to linguistic preference.

However, Staff would like to focus on the suggested change en line 5 of page 3.

As page 2 of the original minutes of the November 20th Conference Call reflect, Mr. Charno and Mr. Goldberg recuested 30 <!ays in which to respond.to said motion. Staff was silent as to the timing of its response.

LThe corrections by Applicant to those minutes impute to Staff a request for 30 days, along with an opposition by Appifcants to that '

" request". To Staff's recollection as reflected in the eriginal minutes, that exchange simply did not occur.1/

Accordingly, Staff concurs in all of the suggested changes, but opposes the suggested changes on line 5 of page 3.

Respectfully submitted,
