AMENDED NOTICE OF APPEAL AND EXCEPTIONS On July 28, 1975, the City of Cleveland (Cleveland) filed its Notice of Appeal and Exceptions in the above-entitled dockets in accordance with Sections 2. 730, 2. 762, and 2. 785 of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure from the Report of the Special Master of June 19, 1975; the Special Master's Order on Reconsideration; and the Board's Order of July 21, 1975.

On July 29, 1975, the Special Master filed an additional Report ruling on claims of privilege asserted with respect to documents not delivered to the Special Master prior to his earlier rulings. Cleveland 8002190 fk8 N
