i Cu July 25, 1974, the Board issued Frenearing Conference Order #2 setting forth, inter alia, the issues admitted by the Board as matters in controversy in this proceeding, a schedule of the procedural events, and the requirement to AMP-0.to explain its nexus.

The City of Cleveland has filed an objection to the

. said Preheai-ing Conference Order #2.

The Board has reviewed same and sees no reason to change its Order #2, except that the schedule previously set by the Board on pages 15 and 16 of said Order #2 is hereby amended to include:
