On November 21, 1975, the Department of Justice served upon counsel for The Cleveland Electric Illuminating Company ("CEI") a request for the production of documents listed on Schedules A, B and C attached to " Application of the Department of Justice for a Subpoena to The Cleveland Electric Illuminating Company," dated October 31, 1975.
Pur-suant to Section 2.741(d) of the Commission's Rules cf Prac-tice, CEI would normally have until December 21, 1975 within which to comply with this request or enter an objection thereto.
By Order of the Licensing Board dated November 20, 1975, how-ever, CEI has been instructed to file its response no later than November 25, 1975.
