SUPPLEMENT TO THE BOARD'S RULING OF AUGUST 27, 1975 DENYING REQUEST FOR CERTIFICATION BY THE DEPARTMELT OF JUSTICE ON QUESTICN OF PRIVILEGE On August 27, 1975, this Board issued a Ruling denying the request for certification by the Department of Justice of an appeal of the Special Master's findings of privilege.
In order to expedite the availability of that Ruling, it was issued with the concurrence of Board member John H. Brebbia at a time when he was out of town and not available to sign the Ruling.
As indi-cated, Mr. Brebbia concurs fully with that Ruling and takes this opportunity to add his signature in order that the Ruling clearly reflects its intended status as a unanimous opinion of this Board.
Hereinafter, the listing of Board members' names on the typed signature line may be taken to mean that each member so 1
