RULING ON MOTICN OF THE DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE FOR RECONSIDERATICN OF CHANGES IN PRCCEDUPAL DATES-By Order of July 21, 1975, the Board granted the Motion i
of the City of Cleveland to Change Procedural Dates which pre-i viously had been established by Prehearing Conference Order No. 4 of April 29, 1975.
By Application of July 25, 1975, the Department of Justice (Justice) requested reconsideration,"because the sub-stantial hardship the revised schedule will cause (Justice]."

By telephone conference call of August 20, 1975, the Chairman of the Board discussed Justice's Application with all interested I
parties.
Justice indicated that the primary relief being sought i
was a change in the date for parties other than Applicants to inform Applicants of the nature of case to be presented from i
August 29, 1975 to September 5, 1975.
This change, together with 8 0 0214 o <PO;2 4
, a change in the date 'of the prehearing conference to consider motions to curtail or eliminate issues from September 12 to September 18, 1975, would effectively furnish Justice with the relief it is requesting.
No written opposition to Justice's Application has been received by the Board and during the tele-phone conference call of August 20, no other party expressed any opposition to the modifications in schedule set forth above.
Accordingly, the Board's ruling of July 21, 1975 is hereby modified as follows:
Completion of all Depositions Aug. 2 Parties Other Than Applicants to Inform Applicants of Nature of Case to be Presented Sept. 5 Applicants May Respond to Delineation of Issues Sept. 12 Prehearing Conference to Con-sider Motions to Curtail or Eliminate Issues Sept. 18 Parties Other Than Applicants File Direct Written Testimony of Expert Witnesses Sept. 26 Applicants File Direct Written Testimony of Expert Witnesses Oct. 3 All Parties File Pretrial Oct. 15 Briefs Hearing Begins Oct. 30
