. RULING OF THE BOARD ON MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO REPLY TO "APPLICA::T S ' RENEWED MOTION FOR
SUMMARY
DISPOSITION" BY DEPAR'" MENT OF JUSTICE On August 21, 1975, the Department of Justice (Justice) moved the Board to allow all parties in this proceeding until September 12, 1975 to, reply to " Applicants' Renewed Motion for Summary Disposition."
Justice noted that the Board has imposed upon all parties except Applicants a requirement'to file state-ments of ultimate issues by September 5, 1975.
The Board recog-nizes that adherence to this previously established time schedule would create undue difficulty in responcing to Applicants' summary judgment motion.
Accordingly, the Motion of Justice is hereby granted.
