Six copies of a safety evaluation prepared by the Division of Raactor Licensing, relating to the proposed construction of the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station, are enclosed for your infornatien and use.
The reports prepared by the U. S. Fish and Wildlife Service, dated July 17, 1970 and September 18, 1970, are attached as Appendices F and F-1 to the safety evaluation.
A public hearing to consider the application for a construction permit will be held on December 8,1970 in Port Clinten, Ohio.
Six copies of the notica of hearing are also enclosed.
