STAFF'S PROPOSED HEARING SCHEDULE For approximately four months, due primarily to delays and pro-blems associated with Discovery, this Board's Hearing Schedule has been held in abeyance. tJRC Staff proposes the following schedule in the interest of the efficient and expeditious resolution of this matter. Both the Department of Justice, the City of Cleveland, and the State of Ohio e'ssentially concur in it.
