Davis-Besse No. L Retrospective Premium Guarantee In compliance with our request to use April 23 of each year as our anniversary date for submitting Retrospective Premium Guarantees, which we made in our initial filing August 1, 1977, we are enclosing the following document:
A copy of a letter f rca Swiss Bank Corporation dated November 3, 1977, which sets forth a line of credit arrangement in the amount of $5,000,000 effective August 1, 1977, thru July 31, 1979.
As reported in our initial filing August 1, 1977, Toledo Edison's ownership share of Davis-Besse No. I remains (48.62T'); the amount of our retrospective premium guarantee would be $4,8t2,000.

-RESTRICTICH: In keeping with new regulations set forth by the Nuclear Regulatcry Ccmmission (NRC), we hereby agree to allow actual usage of this stand-by credit line only in the event tha t a claim is asserted against Toledo Ediscn as a result of your liability arising out of any extraordinary nuclear occurrence.
We would require official written notice of such an occurrence and specific authorization frc= the NRC to make this $5,000,000 facility available to you.
