AMENDMENT NO. 1 Effective April 22, 1977 Indemnity Agreement No. B-79, between Toledo Edison Company and Cleveland Electric Illuminating Ccmpany, and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, dated June 16, 1976, is hereby amended as follows:
Item 2 of the Attachment to the indemnity agreement is deleted in its entirety and the following substituted therefor:
