In accordance with your mea:orandum dated i:ovember 7,1977 related to DC battery supplies for initiating operation of onsite emergency AC power, t!ie ponar systems for Farley Unit 1 (Docket ilo. 50-343) and Davis Cesse Unit 1 (Docket llo. 50-34) have been detennined to be properly accounted for in the plant Technical Specifications.
Goth of these plants usa station batteries covered by Specifications 3.8.2.3 and 3.3.2.4, and these specifications also include the battery charger associated with the respective DC power supply.
In the Farley Unit 1, the DC batteries are designated as lA and 1B and in Davis Besse the batteries are desig-nated 1:i,1P, 2:1 and 'P.
