SAFETY EVALUATION The proposed technical specification changes delete the requir' ment for e
an Annual Cyerating P_eport but retain the requirement for an Annual
' Operational Exposure Report. These changes were suggested in John F.
Stolz's letter, dated September 22, 1977, and are designed to improve communications between the NRC and the licensee. These technical specifi-cation changes are not nuclear safety related.
