Purpose:

The purpose of this meeting is to discuss TVA's and Xcel Energy's planned license amendment requests for Watts Bar Nuclear Power Plant, Units 1 and 2, and Prairie Island Nuclear Generating Plant, Units 1 and 2. The license amendment requests would revise each plant's technical specification requirements regarding heat flux hot channel factor, in accordance with Westinghouse Topical Report WCAP-17661, Revision 1, "Improved RAOC [Relaxed Axial Offset Control] and CAOC [Constant Axial Offset Control] FQ Surveillance Technical Specifications" (ADAMS Accession No. ML19225C138).
