Dear Mr. Keppler:
Effective September 1, 1977, the Davis-Besse Unit 1 operation will be transferred to the Energy Supply Mission of Toledo Edison and the Davis-Besse Station Superintendent will report to James S. Grant, Vice President - Energy Supply. This organizational arrangement is described in the FSAR and is contained in the Technical Specifications of the Operating License.
In keeping with this organizational alignment, Mr. Grant will be the corporate officer responsible for all formal communication with you concerning Davis-Besse Unit 1 operation.
I will continue to have the responsibility for licensing matters and communication with NRR.
