Note to File On April 21, 1972, I was called by Mr. Hayes of Region III C0 confirming that he and Mr. Sutton also of Ragion III would meet us at the Davis-Besse site on May 24, 1972, for a tour of the site preliminary to the upcoming hearing.
I was also called on this day by Mr. Roe of Toledo Edison who informed me that,the hearing had been set for the Federal Court House, Grand Jury Room Toledo, Ohio, 10 a.m. on May 2, 1972. He also said that the Hearing Board is going to tour the site on May 1,1972.
