I advised Mr. Knopp that Toledo Edison Company was declaring Davis-Besse No. 1 to be in commercial operation at 25% of rating at 2400 hours0.0278 days <br />0.667 hours <br />0.00397 weeks <br />9.132e-4 months <br />, Sunday, November 20, 1977.
Mr. Knopp asked if we desired that this declaration apply to the unit insofar as your office is concerned, and I indicated that it is our desire that this be so.
