Dear Mr. Boyd:
Under separs.te cover, we are transmitting Amendment No. 31 to the Application for Licenses for the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station Unit 1.
This Amendment consists of Revision No. 15 to the Final Safety Analysis Report (FSAR). Three (3) original and twenty-five (25) con-formed copies of the transmittal sheet are included together with seventy (70) copies of Revision 15 to the FSAR.
This revision consists of miscellaneous minor changes and the response to RAI #15.4.3.
Also included in this Amendment is the submittal of three (3) copies of new and revised detailed EI&C drawings.
