NRC FORM 464 Part I U.S. NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION NRC RESPONSE NUMBER (06-2019)

RESPONSE TO FREEDOM OF 2017-000292 4 INFORMATION ACT (FOIA) REQUEST RESPONSE TYPE INTERIM FINAL PART I.D -- COMMENTS This fourth interim response addresses the remaining records located by staff in the Office of Nuclear Regulatory Research (RES) and Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (NRR), as well as the Legacy ADAMS records that we referenced in our previous response. Having completed our consultation with the licensee whose information was included in RES's records, and confirmed the disclosure treatment of the ADAMS records (in the Main and Legacy libraries) in which NRR had equities, we are now issuing this interim response. Attached to this response is a listing of the ADAMS Legacy records that the backfit appeal review panel considered. As with our prior responses, to the extent the released records identify other responsive records that are already publicly available in ADAMS, we have included a notation on the page of the released record where you may locate that record, including the ADAMS accession number.

We are awaiting the disclosure recommendations from one additional program office to which we had referred several records. Once we have received that input, we will issue our final response. We appreciate your continued patience.
